Organizational Structure

Telugu Sangam Austria is established on the principles of direct-democracy, where decisions, laws, regulations and policy are made by the members themselves rather than the elected representatives. However, keeping in view of the fact that, in general, not many members show interest in the organizational matters, the memberships in Telugu Sangam is divided into two categories: Ordinary members and Governing body members. Ordinary members are those who are not interested in the organizational affairs and want to just attend events to catchup with other telugu speaking people. Governing body members are those who are willing to participate in all affairs of the organization and work for the organization's growth, giving time and resources. Different organs of the organization have different roles and responsibilities as detailed in the below image and all of them together will provide a stable organization that can serve the community well without compromising on the core values.
